Britney Spears reveals in her memoirs, titled “The Woman In Me”, that a brief encounter with her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake triggered a panic attack before her performance at the 2007 MTV VMAs.

On this long-awaited night, Britney was ready for her big return to the stage with her song “Gimme More”. However, she was overcome with surprise and shock when she saw Justin at the show.

In her own words, Britney describes the moment: “She hadn't seen him in a while. Everything was great in her world. He was on top of her game in every way and was a braggart. I was having a panic attack.”

Additionally, Britney confesses her discomfort regarding her physical appearance. She felt that her figure was not up to par. living up to expectations, especially after giving birth to her second child in less than two years. The pressure to have a perfect body affected her.
