Simon Cowell got rid of his mansion in Beverly Hills in 2020 and now the property was sold again at a much higher price
The British celebrity Simon Cowell, 63, sold his former Beverly Hills mansion in the summer of 2020 for $25,000,000.
The property was in the news again a few hours ago when it was announced that its current owners recently got rid of it for $34,000,000 dollars, that is, $9,000,000 dollars more than what they paid just 3 years ago.
The property, for the one that Cowell paid $8,000,000 in 2004, consists of six bedrooms and various amenities, such as its own cinema, state-of-the-art gym, luxury spa with steam room, solarium, tanning salon and a swimming pool.
It also has all the comforts for its service employees, who have their own kitchen and even bedrooms.
