CNCO is one of the most successful Latin boy bands in recent years, but in July 2022 they announced their separation during the Premios Juventud celebration. The band's history will end at the end of this year and in the May 23 edition of 'Despierta America' they were invited to the studio.
During the show, the four members of the group remembered their beginnings in music, but they were also surprised by the production, by showing them the video of their first visit to the forum, on December 14, 2015, just one day after their formation. after becoming the winners of the Univision reality show 'La Banda'.
The four of them were very excited and commented that they felt very nervous at the time, but that they always felt that they were received with much love on the television network. In addition, they revealed that they were just remembering that occasion minutes before going out on the frame and that “everything was like very good”.
They also said that they will always be very grateful to everyone who supported them during the almost eight years they have been together.
Why will CNCO break up?
For almost seven years CNCO reaped many successes and even with the departure of Joel Pimentel, who in 2021 decided to seek new artistic paths, the group maintained its popularity and its fans were surprised by the announcement made during their participation in Premios Juventud 2022.
A month later, in an interview with the magazine 'HOLA! USA' revealed that they felt it was a natural process that should happen and felt it was time for each of them to start experimenting with an individual project.
