Ivonne Montero alerted her fans by uploading a series of photographs in which she is seen with a surgical patch on one of her eyes, while the other of her eyeballs looks frankly irritated.
Which generated speculation among Instagram users, who immediately began to question the winner of “La Casa de los Famosos 2” about her state of health, who until now had not spoken about it.
However, in an interview with “De Primera Mano”, the beautiful star decided to break the silence and explain what happened to her and why she did not give a more extensive explanation on social networks, where she only wrote “A fatal oversight. Send me your good wishes”, adding a series of photographs from the hospital.
According to what was stated by Ivonne Montero, it all started with a small oversight, since she always uses contact lenses to read in her free time, for which she usually carries a liquid with her that is used to moisten this type of contact lenses in their case.
However, during one of her tours, she forgot this liquid, so it was easy for her to moisten her lenses with eye drops, without imagining that this would later cause her to lose her vision.
Fortunately, however, the damage could be reversible, since the singer also immediately went to the doctor, where they gave her an intense eyewash and explained that she had burned her corneas with that liquid, for which they had to patch her skin. left eye that was the most damaged.
The incident took place last Monday, as explained by Ivonne herself, who pointed out that it all happened when she was preparing to go to a photo shoot to promote her new play entitled “I am looking for the man of my life, I already had a husband”.
