The statements of Vin Diesel on the end of Fast & Furious come after the actor was accused of sexual assault by a former assistant in December last year.
In December, the actor's former assistant Asta Jonasson sued him after suffering a sexual assault in 2010, during the filming of Fast and Furious: 5in Control.
According to the document presented to the Los Angeles Superior Court to which Variety had access, Jonasson claims that the actor touched her inappropriately, kissed her and masturbated in front of her in a hotel room in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jonasson also sued the actor's sister and the company One Race Films for sexual assault, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
Through his legal team, Vin Diesel defended himself against the sexual assault allegations. “Vin Diesel categorically denies this accusation completely. "This is the first time he has heard about this complaint from more than 13 years ago,” the actor's lawyer told Variety.
