Police chief assassinated in northern Mexico

Attacks against police officers in Nuevo Leon
This incident adds to the series of attacks against police officers that in recent days claimed the lives of a member of the Civil Force and a police officer from Apodaca.
Likewise, a month ago two armed individuals attacked the Linares Municipal Police building with a firearm, although on that occasion there were no reports of injured people.
With this death there are already two high municipal commanders violently murdered in Nuevo Leon in a period of nine months, since on October 25, 2022, the traffic director of Zuazua, Eduardo Alejandro Galvan Cavazos, was assassinated.
