Former President Donald Trump decided not to attend the event, as has happened in previous event debates, and will instead attend a super PAC fundraiser in Florida .

The fourth debate offers one of the last opportunities for the candidates to appear before a national audience, despite the fact that their popularity is far from that of former President Trump (2017-2021).
