The former TOWIE star bared all as she went completely nude in the shoot, cradling her bump in the process as she prepares to give birth.
Lauren is expecting her second child with partner Charles Drury, having given birth to baby daughter Larose in July of last year.
The duo confirmed they were pregnant again in January, and by the look of Lauren in the fabulous shoot, baby number two is not far away.
Lauren covered her modesty with her arms in the photos wearing just a chain necklace and a bangle, letting her brunette hair flow naturally.
Earlier this week, Lauren broke her silence after the devastating passing of her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean in a car accident on Sunday.
The 33-year-old man was killed at the scene in Turkey after losing control of the car he was driving.
It is understood the fatal car crash took place near the tourist city of Bodrum which also seriously injured his on-again off-again partner Yazmin Oukhellou who is reportedly recovering from her injuries in hospital.
Taking to her Instagram, Lauren, 35 - who friends say is 'devastated' - uploaded a story as she listened to Bryan Adam's hit Everything I Do (I Do It For You) and posted the lyrics alongside it.
The verse she had pulled out to share went: 'Search your heart, search your soul. When you find me there, you'll search no more".
Lauren and Jake first met Jake in 2012, with the two publicly dating on and off for several years before they split in 2016.
Paying tribute to Jake following his death Lauren said she had 'no words'.
'RIP Jake. I have no words right now. My thoughts are with your family and friends," she penned.
