In the semifinals, the winner of match 1 will face the winner of match 3, while the winner of match 2 will rival the winner of match 4.
The semifinals will be played between May 10 and 17, while the final will be in Istanbul on June 10.
As in the 2021-2022 edition, Real Madrid and Chelsea will face each other in the quarterfinals. The Spanish team won that confrontation after coming back from behind at the Santiago Bernabeu and winning it in extra time. For its part, Chelsea comes from eliminating Borussia Dortmund in the round of 16.
Another of the big crosses will be that of Bayern Munich against Manchester City due to the level of both clubs. Pep Guardiola will face his former team and will continue to seek to win his first European Cup after doing so with FC Barcelona.
An Italian team will be in the winner's semifinal between AC Milan and Napoli that would mark a return of Italian football to the European elite after several years of drought.
